The pump comprises a fixed pipe (10), which forms a receiving compartment. A movable pipe (20) is held in the receiving compartment of the fixed pipe and is connected with a dispenser (21), by which the movable pipe is axially moved by a pressure over the dispenser and a return element. An insulation part lies at the inner wall of the receiving compartment of the fixed pipe and is connected with the end of the movable pipe, by which a chamber is formed between the movable pipe and the sealing element of the insulation part, in which a part of the fluid is stored.
