The invention relates to a bracelet for regulating body temperature by means of excess heat. The bracelet consists of: a pre-determined number of finned surfaces which are formed by a material having high thermal conductivity in accordance with the power to be dissipated and which are elastically interconnected or articulated with one another, such as to form a strap or bracelet which is worn on the forearm, wrist or back of the hand. The invention reduces the natural surface thermal resistance of the skin and, consequently, increases the heat dissipated by the human body in the area containing the bracelet or strap. In addition, owing to the superficial branching nature of blood vessels in said part of the body, the blood circulation acts as a cooling fluid, such that heat exchange between the human body and the surrounding environment is significantly improved without having to modify the thermodynamic conditions of the environment, thereby alleviating or eliminating the sensation of heat or sultriness.
