<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to easily select merchandise by visual observation by enabling the user to order the merchandise by using a non-contact IC module and a reading device which is able to read data recorded in the non-contact IC module, and arranging design or layout without losing appearance on the space of an order table such as food and drink menu table. <P>SOLUTION: This merchandise order reception system 1 is configured of: a merchandise selection order table 2 embedded in a display part 5 in which information 6 such as the names, images and prices of merchandise is described, and a transparent conductive layer 7 is arranged so as to be associated with a non-contact IC module 8; a non-contact reader 3 for reading the data recorded in the non-contact IC module 8 in a non-contact status, and for outputting the read data by radio or through a cable to the outside; and display terminal equipment 4 for converting the data output from the non-contact reader 3 into the information of merchandise corresponding to the data for display, and for accumulating and storing the data so that the data can be transmitted to the outside. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
