<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus which can easily perform security management for every job and is excellent in operability. <P>SOLUTION: An HDD 20 stores a table wherein types of jobs and security levels for every watermark and overlay are made correspond to each other. A control section 10 executes security processing depending on the security level corresponding to the type of the job, the watermark and the overlay designated through operations of an operation section 11 by a user. The security processing includes a process of attaching a fingerprint image acquired from an authentication sensor section 16 to a job file and a process of applying encryption to the job file or the like. Then the image forming apparatus forms an image of image data included in the job file subjected to the security processing into a recording medium, stores the image data to the HDD 20, and transmits the image data to a communication line network N. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
