<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion sensor which uniformizes offset outputs included in outputs of photoelectric conversion elements. <P>SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion section 3 comprises arrays (a, a', a"), (b, b', b"), (c, c', c") of the three photoelectric conversion elements a, b, c and each photoelectric conversion element has the same element area and the same capacitance C<SB>1</SB>. Wires 5 for connecting the photoelectric conversion elements a, b, c to an output circuit 4 all have the same shape and the same length, and the wiring capacitance C<SB>2</SB>is the same for all the wires 5. The capacitance C<SB>3</SB>of capacitive elements for storing electric charges used by each drive circuit 7 in the output circuit 4 is the same for all the capacitive elements. A ratio α äα=(C<SB>1</SB>+C<SB>2</SB>)/C<SB>3</SB>} is nearly equal among all the photoelectric conversion elements and the offset outputs of respective photoelectric conversion elements are uniformized.
