<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve power conversion efficiency by suppressing the current flowing to the primary winding of the transformer of a resonance switching power unit and the peak current flowing to each secondary rectifying smoothing circuit, and to obtain the desired level of stable output from two or more output terminals. <P>SOLUTION: This resonance switching power unit is equipped with first and second main MOS-FETs 1 and 2, which are connected in series to a DC power source 3, the primary winding 5a of a first transformer 5, which is connected in parallel with the second main MOS-FET2 and in series to a capacitor 4 for current resonance, a first rectifying smoothing circuit 10, which is connected between the secondary winding 5b of the first transistor 5 and first DC output terminals 11 and 12, the primary winding 6a of a second transformer 6, which is connected in parallel with the primary winding 5a of the first transformer 5, and a second rectifying and smoothing circuit 20 and a MOS-FET41 for output control, which are connected between the secondary winding 6b of the second transformer 6 and the second DC output terminals 21 and 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
