PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp member that facilitates clamping. SOLUTION: The clamp member has a band part 2 positioned along the circumferential direction of the outer periphery of a pipe, and a pair of connections 3, 4 provided at both longitudinal ends of the band part 2. The pair of connections 3, 4 are connected together to form a ring in combination with the band part 2. The buckling deformation parts 3b, 4b of the pair of connections 3, 4 are each capable of buckling and being deformed toward the other connection by being pushed in toward the other connection.
