PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat conductive silicone grease composition having high heat conductivity, able to maintain excellent flowability not only in the initial stage but for a long period and excellent in heat radiation performance. SOLUTION: The heat conductive silicone grease composition comprises 100 pts.vol of (A) an organopolysiloxane having a specific structure and 10-100,000 mm<SP>2</SP>/s dynamic viscosity at 25°C, 0.1-50 pts.vol of (B) an organopolysiloxane having a triorganooxysilyl group on one side terminal through an alkylene group which may be branched and acting as a wetter and 100-2,500 pts.vol of (C) a heat conductive filler.
