PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat immunotherapy treating agent for targeting melanoma which can be used in a novel chemical/heat immunonanomedicine therapy having a concept completely different from the conventional melanoma treating method by allowing a heat therapeutic effect possessed by magnetic fine particles on a melanoma cell and a tumor cell killing effect possessed by a cysteaminylphenyl derivative to be synergistically exhibited. SOLUTION: The heat immunotherapy treating agent for targeting melanoma includes a polymer of a cysteaminylphenol derivative represented by formula (I) (wherein R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>2</SP>are each hydrogen or a 1-8C alkyl group; R<SP>3</SP>is hydrogen, a 1-8C alkyl group or a 1-8C alkanoyl group; and n is an integer of 1-5, provided that when n is 1, R<SP>1</SP>, R<SP>2</SP>, and R<SP>3</SP>are not simultaneously hydrogens) and magnetic fine particles (magnetic nanoparticles) or a liposome containing the magnetic fine particles (the magnetic nanoparticles) as an effective compnent.
