PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bubble removing device capable of separating bubbles into a gas and blood, surely removing the gas from a device body and surely returning the blood to the device body. SOLUTION: The bubble removing device 1 comprises: the device body 40; a negative pressure chamber 8; a float 20 to be moved in the vertical direction corresponding to the change of the liquid surface height H of the blood inside the device body 40; a first chamber 503 with a first communication part 501 communicating with the device body 40; a second chamber 504 with a second communication part 502 communicating with the negative pressure chamber 8; a defoaming member 10 partitioning the first chamber 503 and the second chamber 504; a first valve mechanism 5A for opening and closing the first communication part 501; and a second valve mechanism 5B for opening and closing the second communication part 502. Corresponding to the position in the vertical direction of the float 20, the state that the respective communication parts are closed, the state that the first communication part 501 is opened and the second communication part 502 is closed, and the state that the communication parts are respectively opened can be taken.
