PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an angular velocity to correctly detect the shake of a camera body. SOLUTION: First and second yokes YA and YB are fixed to the camera body. The first and second yokes YA and YB sandwich an imaging element board 45 so that it is freely movable along an xy plane. An imaging element is disposed on the front face 45A of the imaging element board 45. First and second angular velocity sensors 61 and 62 are disposed on the back 45B of the imaging element board 45.
