The present invention relates a method for manufacturing a cookpot comprising a contour portion that forms the contour of the container body and at least an embedded portion that is embedded inside said contour portion and has heat conductivity lower than that of said contour portion. The method comprises a step for molding and manufacturing said embedded portion; a step for postioning said embedded portion inside the mold for container manufacture; a step for casting the container body by injecting into said mold the melt of the contour portion material having heat conductivity higher than that of said embedded portion; a step for removing the mold of said cast container body; and a step for trimming and finishing said contour portion of the container body released from the mold.
