The invention relates to plants for sewage treatment from organic and cyan-containing inorganic compounds at the industrial enterprises.The apparatus consists of a carcass (1), an air supply branch pipe (2) with an adjustable gate valve (3), a pipe-line (4), joined with the treated liquid outlet branch pipe (5), a chamber (6) with a permanent magnet system (7) and a blower (8), joined with a branch pipe for air supply (8) into the interelectrode space (10). The concentric cathode (11) and anode (12) are connected to a constant-current source (13). The interelectrode space is filled with cylindrical ferromagnetic particles (14), wherein concomitantly through an inlet branch pipe (16) and a central branch pipe (17) it is introduced the treated liquid. On the outside of the carcass (1) there is placed a generator of the rotary electromagnetic field (18), connected to the voltage regulator (19). The result of the invention consists in increasing the productivity and efficiency of the water treatment process.
