The invention refers to the medical engineering, namely to devices meant for arthrodesis of wrist. The devices for arthrodesis of hand articulation is made in the form of a flat cross (1) with holes (2) for the fastening elements onto the end free sectors of the crossbars (3), (4), (5), (6), at the same time the shape and the dimensions of the cross (1) are determined by the medium-physiological dimensions of the capitate, lunate, hamate and triangular bones. Also, in the claimed device, the length of the crossbar (6), meant for fixation to the lunate bone, may exceed the medium-physiological cross dimension of the lunate bone with 1,5à2,5 cm, into the crossbar (6) at a distance of 1,5à3,5 cm from the center of the cross (1) being made a hole (7).
