MANUFACTURING METHOD OF DIFFERENT CHASSISES

A method for manufacturing different chassis is provided to manufacture a top chassis and a shield case without wasting a material plate to reduce production cost of the top chassis and the shield case. A material plate is prepared(S310). The material plate is blanked to form a deploying plate for a top chassis having a deploying plate for a shield case in a center dummy area, wherein the deploying plate for a top chassis is separated from the deploying plate for a shield case except a joint part(S320-S330). Edges of the deploying plate for a top chassis and the deploying plate for a shield case are bent to form side walls for a top chassis and side walls for a shield case(S340). The dummy area and the joint part are cut to form a top chassis and a shield case separately(S350).
