A negative pressure assisting apparatus for a brake booster is provided to prevent braking performance of a vehicle from deteriorating by installing the auxiliary pressure apparatus for generating negative pressure between an intake manifold and the brake booster. A negative pressure assisting apparatus for a brake booster comprises a driving cam(11) formed at a driving shaft(10) in a transmission. A negative pressure generator(20) receives driving force from the driving cam to generate negative pressure. A switch valve(30) operates by negative pressure transferred to the brake booster from an intake manifold such that the switch valve transfers the driving force of the driving cam. A negative pressure hose is connected to ends of the negative pressure generator and the switch valve and is connected to a connection section that connects the intake manifold with the brake booster. |
