A seat air conditioner for a vehicle is provided to improve indoor environment of the vehicle by cooling or heating a seat using cold air or hot air before an engine is ignited. A seat air conditioner is used for supplying air into a seat duct(11) installed in a seat(10) through a connection duct(20). The seat-side air conditioner comprises a heat accumulator(30) installed in the seat duct. When an engine is operated, cold air or hot air exhausted from the air conditioner(200) is accumulated in the heat accumulator. When the engine stops its operation, the heat accumulated in the heat accumulator is supplied to the seat. A blower fan(40) is installed at a rear portion of the heat accumulator to easily supply cold air or hot air to the seat.
