<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document retrieval system, document retrieval processing method and document retrieval processing program, capable of retrieving document information to be a scientific basis of an opinion even when the opinion is described in free representation. <P>SOLUTION: The document retrieval system for retrieving document information to be a scientific basis of opinions in medical care comprises: an opinion input part 12 for acquiring opinions; a similar opinion retrieval part 14 for retrieving past report information including the past opinions similar to the opinions acquired by the opinion input part 12 among pieces of past report information stored in a past report information storing part 24; a document retrieval part 20 for retrieving document information including a diagnosis name included in the past report information acquired by retrieval in the similar opinion retrieval part 14; and a document display control part 22 for displaying the document information obtained by retrieval by the document retrieval part 20 on a monitor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
