<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing ink exhibiting excellent printability, and a diluent solvent reusable by easy adjustment. <P>SOLUTION: This solvent recovery/reuse type diluent solvent comprises two components of organic solvents which constitute≥95% of volatile components thereof. In one embodiment, the two components of organic solvents are an ester-based solvent and an alcoholic solvent. In another embodiment, the two components of organic solvents are n-propyl acetate and isopropyl alcohol.
