PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic solid-phase extractor capable of certainly allowing the liquid droplets bonded to the discharge port of a container with a filter to fall. SOLUTION: The automatic solid phase extractor, equipped with a dispenser head 6 capable of sucking and discharging a liquid, a robot (transfer means) for moving the dispenser head 6, the container 11 with the filter arranged at the position in the vertical direction just under the movable range of the dispenser head 6, a vacuum suction means for sucking the liquid from the container 11 with the filter and a recovery container 13a for recovering the liquid sucked under vacuum by the vacuum suction means, is provided with a vibration means for vibrating the container 11 with the filter.
