PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the feed accuracy of a one-way intermittent feed unit by stabilizing the supporting structure of a sprocket member, the unit having a combination of the sprocket member integral with a ratchet, a fixed shaft member for rotatably supporting the sprocket member, a one-way clutch type torque limiter, a feed claw engaged with the ratchet, and an oscillating member for supporting the feed pawl. SOLUTION: A one-way clutch type torque limiter 4 is provided on the mating surface of either the fixed shaft member 5 or the sprocket member 6 fitted therein. The sprocket member 6 is rotatably fitted around the fixed shaft member 5 via a tapered fitting part 31. Also, an elastic member 35 is interposed between the sprocket member 6 and a recess part 2 of a frame 1 so as to impart thrust to the tapered fitting part 31. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
