PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor-driven compressor having a sealed terminal, surely sealable, by reducing the number of part items in a small type, while largely improving insulating performance. SOLUTION: This motor-driven compressor includes an input part 102a connected to a motor 40, an intermediate part 102b existing in an insertion hole 23d continuing with the input part and bored in a housing 20, and an output part 102c continuing with the intermediate part and connected to a driving circuit 98; and has a current-carrying bolt 102 carrying an electric current between the driving circuit and the motor, and a sealing member 100 surrounding the intermediate part, sandwiched by the input part side and the output part side and fastened to the housing.
