PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface-processed product and a manufacturing method thereof which make it possible to give an unprecedented complicated design to a sheet material by embossing using a flexible die. SOLUTION: The product S having a pattern formed on the surface by embossing using the flexible die 1 is constituted so that it is divided into a plurality of sections R1, R2, R3 and R4. A plurality of embossed patterns E1, E2, E3 and E4 are added respectively to these sections R1, R2, R3 and R4 and one design is formed by combination of the sections R1, R2, R3 and R4 in a plurality.
