PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stencil printing apparatus, which can keep a blading mechanism clean at all times. SOLUTION: This stencil printing apparatus comprises a drum 26, which keeps the surface of an rotatable outer peripheral wall 53 made of an ink impermeable member fitted with stencil paper 18, an ink feeding means 54, which is fed with ink from an ink feeding port 55 provided at an upstream position on printing from the maximum printing area of the outer peripheral wall 53 to the surface of the outer peripheral wall 53, an ink recovering means 73, from an ink recovering port 72 provided at a downstream position on printing from the maximum printing area of the outer peripheral wall 53 of which ink is recovered from the surface of the outer peripheral wall 53, a press roll 35 for thrusting a printing paper against the outer peripheral wall 53, the blading mechanism 7 for cleaning the surface of the outer peripheral wall 53, and a sucking mechanism 8 for sucking the ink scrapingly collected by the blading mechanism 7.
