PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive kneading blade capable of mixing and kneading materials excellently even when used with an electric cooker of high-speed rotation type. SOLUTION: The kneading blade is freely removably installed to a rotary shaft which is not illustrated in a picture arranged inside a cooking container 3 of the electric cooker 1, and has a base part 9 and a blade part 10 provided for the base part 9. The blade part 10 comprises a plate shape part 18 and a protrusion part 19 where the plate shape part 18 approximates and parallels a bottom part 4B of a container part 4 of the cooking container 3. The protrusion part 19 is provided on an upper surface of the plate shape part 18 and crosses in the rotation direction. Thus, it is possible to knead the materials with relatively minor resistance to make dough and the like, and even when the blade part 10 receives resistance from the materials, it is also possible to not only suppress risk of damaging the kneading blade 8 low but to prevent the materials from adhering to the bottom part 4B.
