PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a protective sheet from unintentionally separating due to an external force without paying excessive attention to selection of an adhesive, and to allow the protective sheet to be easily separable. SOLUTION: The protective sheet 56 has a plurality of through holes formed therein. Therefore when a release agent is applied to the front surface of the protective sheet 56, the release agent flows via the through holes to reach the rear surface of the protective sheet 56, and removes a contact layer, to thereby facilitate separation of the protective sheet 56 in a manner removing the contact layer. Therefore it is necessary to select the material of the contact layer by paying attention to prevention of the protective sheet 56 from unintentionally separating due to an external force, but it is not necessary to select the material of the contact layer by paying attention to easy releasability of the protective sheet 56, which dispenses with paying excessive attention to selection of the material of the adhesive.
