PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low frequency stimulation device synchronized with music. SOLUTION: The low frequency stimulation device reproduces music such as classical music, pop and folk songs, simultaneously generate a low frequency synchronized with the reproduced music and stimulates and treats the nervous system of a body specified part. The low frequency stimulation device includes: a sound reproducing means for reproducing the music such as the classical music, pop and folk songs and providing a control means with the reproduced music; the control means for performing control so as to output the reproduced music, simultaneously sample the music, generate the low frequency synchronized with the music and stimulate the nervous system of the body specified part; and a low frequency generating means for generating the low frequency synchronized with the music by the control of the control means.
