An organic electroluminescent display and a method for fabricating the same are provided to obtain a high light emitting efficiency by including convex patterns made of a sealant. An organic electroluminescent display(100) includes a first electrode(120), an organic light emitting layer(140), a second electrode(150), and a plurality of convex patterns(165). The first electrode, the organic light emitting layer, and the second electrode are formed on one surface of an insulation substrate(110) sequentially. The plurality of convex patterns are made of a transparent sealant with a viscosity of 5,000cp to 150,000cp and formed on the other surface of the insulation substrate. The sealant includes epoxy resin or acrylate based resin, wherein the resin is thermosetting resin or ultraviolet curable resin. |
