A hinge type grating having a locking device is provided to fix a grating member to a frame member selectively using a locking device. A hinge type grating having a locking device comprises a rectangular frame member(20), and a grating member(10) hinged to the frame member to rotate and provided with one or more locking devices(100) for locking the grating member to the frame member, wherein the locking device includes a cylinder(110) coupled to the grating member, a locking member(120) inserted to the cylinder to move forward and backward and fixed to a locking hole(200) formed on the frame member to be separable, and a spring(130) inserted to the cylinder and supported between an expansion end(126) of the locking member and an internal wall of the cylinder to move the locking member forward.
