Sliding stairs of a mobile toilet are provided to make it convenient to insert and install a standardized foot hold into a lower tank portion of the mobile toilet, and to improve stability of support thereof. A mobile toilet includes a toilet portion(100) and a tank portion. A foothold storing case is formed on one side of the tank portion. Two to four foot rotation portions(310) are formed on the upper parts of both sides of the inner space of the foothold storing case. Two or four sliding rotation portions(320) are formed on the lower parts of both sides of the inner space of the foothold storing case. A foothold(400) includes an upper recess(330) on which the foothold rotating portion is fixed and a lower recess(350) on which the sliding rotation portion is fixed. A foothold slipping prevention portion(360) is formed outside the sliding of the foothold.
