<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure comprising an engaging member having high appearance quality and an engaged member engaged and joined with the engaging member. <P>SOLUTION: The joint structure comprises the engaging member 11 and the engaged member 12 engaged and joined with the engaging member. The engaging member has a surface 11b formed at an acute angle to a first joint face 11a. A grooved portion 13 is formed on the first joint face with an inclined face 13a having the same angle as the acute angle. The engaged member has a surface 12b formed at an obtuse angle to a second joint face 12a. A protruded portion 14 fittable into the grooved portion is formed on the second joint face. Thus, a distance between the surface of the engaging member and the inside face on the outside of the grooved portion formed on the first joint face, namely the thickness of an outer wall forming the grooved portion, is constant in the direction of the depth of the grooved portion. When the engaging member is injection-molded, the surface corresponding to the grooved portion of the engaging member can be molded into a smooth condition with no shrinkage hole. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
