<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for converting vegetable raw material into single-celled one enabling efficient production of high-quality single-celled vegetation: and to provide a method for producing single-celled vegetation enabling efficient production of high-quality single-celled vegetation. <P>SOLUTION: The device is provided with an enzyme treatment unit converting vegetable raw material to be treated, into single-celled one via enzyme treatment. The enzyme treatment unit comprises the following: an outer pipe; an inner pipe disposed in the outer pipe and supplied with liquid mixture containing the vegetable raw material and enzyme; an enzyme treatment temperature-regulating part keeping the inside of the inner pipe to have a temperature suitable for the enzyme treatment through leading heating medium into a space between the outer pipe and the inner pipe; a stirring member held to be rotatable in its axis direction at the inside of the inner pipe; and a flow volume regulating part regulating the flow volume of the liquid mixture in a direction through one end of the inner pipe to the other end thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
