<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser induced liquid jet generating device which controls a direction of a liquid jet blown out of the distal end of a thin tube and breaks up a blood clot extensively. <P>SOLUTION: In the device which generates the jet J by emitting laser beams from a laser irradiation part 1 to a liquid W in a liquid introducing part 9 and makes the liquid W flow through the thin tube 11 for blowing outside, a rotary means R for rotating a distal end side member B2 relative to a proximal end side member B1 is provided at a joint part C for mutually joining both the proximal end side member B1 and the distal end side member B2 which are formed by dividing between a laser oscillator 1 and a thin tube connecting part 10 into a proximal end side and a distal end side. The thin tube 11 is rotated about the axial line by the rotary means R independently of an optical fiber 2 when the distal end side member B2 is rotated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
