<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply control system and a power supply control method capable of easily and properly reducing standby power corresponding to users. <P>SOLUTION: When a force switch 213 is turned on or off by a user; an ID controller 211 turns on or off an ID switch 212, and transmits the home information showing the force switch 213 operated to a main controller 100 through a power supply transmission line 500. An individual power supply on/off registration specifying means 120 registers the home information received in a management table 130. The individual power supply on/off registration specifying means 120 searches the latest power-on time or power-off time from the home information stored in the management table 130. When the researched time is compared with and matched with the present time, the power-on/off specification information is output to the power supply transmission line 500.
