PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive for FFC, particulary related to the adhesive which is used for FFC of connecting parts of automobile parts and electric appliance parts and having both adhesiveness and blocking property to tin plated copper. SOLUTION: The polyester resin composition comprises: (A) a noncrystaline polyester resin having a number average molecular weight of 5,000-40,000, a glass transition temperature of not less than 50°C and a carboxyl terminal group of 50-300 eq/10<SP>6</SP>g; and (B) a noncrystaline polyester resin having a glass transition temperature of less than 20°C; wherein the compounding ratio satisfies (A)/(B)=10/90-50/50 (in weight proportion).
