PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit housing cabinet installable indoor/outdoor which stably houses an electronic apparatus, its peripheral apparatus and units containing fans and has silencing and damping functions for reducing noises and vibrations generated by units without impeding the cooling function in the units by the fans. SOLUTION: A box-like cabinet body 1 openable by a movable door 1a contains a unit 50 which is stably held at the body 1 with an intake inlet 2 and an exhaust inlet 3 closely contacted with the unit 50 and the body 1 and mounted on a unit hold base through a damper. Air enters the intake inlet 2 on the underside of the movable door 1a of the body 1, flows from an intake port of the unit 50 through the intake inlet 2 into the unit 50 to enter the exhaust inlet 3 from the exhaust port of the unit 50, and passes through an exhaust duct 4 communicated therewith to go outside from a cabinet exhaust port 5.
