PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring circuit board in which the characteristic impedance of a conductor pattern can be adjusted to an arbitrary value and good flexibility can be sustained. SOLUTION: In the wiring circuit board 1, a pair of signal lines 6A and a pair of ground lines 6B are formed at a ground line forming portion 8. Only a pair of signal lines 6A are formed in a non-ground line forming portion 9, only a first cover insulating layer 5 is formed at the ground line forming portion 8, and a cover insulating layer 4 is formed at the non-ground line forming portion 9 by arranging two kinds of first cover insulating layer 5 and second cover insulating layer 7 alternately and repetitively.
