PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transfer device which does not exert a processing load on a CPU and prevents increase in the circuit scale. SOLUTION: This data transfer device is provided with a parameter table generation part 121 for receiving a first transfer request which includes a plurality of parameters and instructs data transfer, determining whether parameters have been omitted in the received first transfer request and generating a second transfer request, by complementing the first transfer request by the omitted parameters, when it is determined that the parameters have been omitted; a parameter table holding part 122 for holding the second transfer request generated; and a transferring part 120 for performing data transfer, in accordance with the second transfer request.
