PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change data stored in a memory between addresses in the bit reverse relation without increasing complexity of processing and a device scale. SOLUTION: An address generation means 1a continuously generates basic addresses of predetermined bit length by changing the values by 1 each time. An address conversion means 1b generates a first bit string with the basic addresses shifted to the right by one bit, and a second bit string obtained by putting the first bit string in reverse order, for every two basic addresses different only in the lowest bits. An address adjustment means 1c determines a logic reversed set of two bit strings as a replaced address when the first bit string is larger than the second bit string, and determines a set of two bit string as a replaced address in other cases. a data replacing means 1d replaces the storage positions of two data in a memory 2 specified by the replaced address.
