PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply device accurately supplying source voltage to be supplied to load even when a circuit or the like for supplying source voltage cannot be disposed near the load. SOLUTION: In returning the source voltage VL of the load 4 when the load 4 and a regulator 2 serving as an electric power supply means are separated into a power supply casing 10 and an equipment casing 20 and connected by a distribution cable, the source voltage is output from the equipment casing 20 after converted into a digital signal by an A/D converter 5, and returned after converted into an analog signal by a D/A converter after input to the power supply casing 10.
