<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilizer where a user can easily apply an antiseptic solution all over his/her hands and arms. <P>SOLUTION: A sterilizer 100A used for sterilizing hands and arms is provided with a cylindrical arm insertion part 1 for inserting a hand and an arm, an antiseptic solution tank 5 to store an antiseptic solution A, a plurality of solution discharge ports 7 provided within the cylindrical arm insertion part 1 to discharge the antiseptic solution A, and a pump 20 connected with the discharge ports 7 and the antiseptic solution storage tank 5 through pipes 8a, 8b and 8c.
