<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently process frame data generation on generating a frame data, from a drawing point data group comprising a plurality of drawing point data at each drawing point so as to form a plurality of drawing points on a two-dimensional image. <P>SOLUTION: By a compression means 61a a drawing point data group at each drawing point is compressed by a predetermined compression method and generates a compressed image data, in a data format comprising the compressed drawing point data group and separation information that represents the separation of each drawing point in the compressed drawing point data group.
