<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination device in which deterioration of design performance at mounting is not caused, and in which deterioration of design performance of pipes due to long term use can be prevented in a device to cover the whole length of a lamp by the two pipes. <P>SOLUTION: Since a first pipe 4 and a second pipe 5 are installed so as to be contacted with a rib 63 in a coupling packing 6, they are always arranged and installed separated from a lamp housing part 62. Accordingly, since the first pipe 4 and the second pipe 5 are never directly contacted with a light-emitting tube 22 of the lamp 2, the first pipe 4 and the second pipe 5 can be prevented from being thermally deteriorated by the light-emitting tube 22 of the lamp 2, and even if a protective member 15 is used for a long time in a state that the lamp 2 is turned on, reduction in appearance of the respective pipes 4, 5 is prevented. Moreover, a partitioning part 61 to become the outermost framework of the coupling packing 6 in the illumination device 11 in a state that the coupling packing 6 is arranged and installed is never positioned by extremely protruding from the pipe. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
