<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gate-on voltage generation circuit that can make the display quality improved, even at low temperatures, and to provide a drive device and a display apparatus that include the same. <P>SOLUTION: The circuit includes a temperature sensor, having an operational amplifier configured to receive a driving voltage and produce a temperature-dependent variable voltage, the level of which varies according to the ambient temperature, and a charge pump unit for shifting the temperature-dependent variable voltage by the amplitude of an input pulse signal and generating the gate-on voltage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
