<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planetary gear device less liable to surface damage such as wear and superior in rolling fatigue life even when used under high-speed rotating conditions leading to easy sliding, and to provide a rolling bearing. <P>SOLUTION: The planetary gear device comprises a sun gear 1, a ring gear 2 arranged concentrically with the sun gear 1, and a plurality of pinion gears 3 to be revolved around the sun gear 1 while meshing with the sun gear 1 and the ring gear 2. A pinion shaft 5 is inserted through center holes of the pinion gears 3. Between an inner face 3a of the center hole and an outer peripheral face 5a of the pinion shaft 5, a plurality of needle rollers 6 are rollingly arranged. The rolling bearing comprises the inner faces 3a of the center holes of the pinion gears 3, the outer peripheral face 5a of the pinion shaft 5, and the rollers 6, whereby the pinion gears 3 are made rotatable with the pinion shaft 5 as an axis. Part of the rolling surface of the needle roller 6 which accounts for 75% or more of the total area is covered with a lubricating coating of solid lubricant. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
