<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery wherein occurrence of a crack in the solar battery at the interface between the connection part and the connectionless part of an interconnector in the light-receptive surface of the solar battery, when warp of the solar battery occurs in the cooling process after the interconnector connection can be reduced, and to provide a solar-battery string and a solar-battery module. <P>SOLUTION: In this solar battery, a bus-bar electrode and a plurality of linear finger electrodes extending from the bus-bar electrode are provided on a first main surface of a semiconductor substrate. The bus-bar electrode comprises a first connection parts to be connected to the interconnector, and a first connectionless parts not to be connected to the interconnector. The first connection parts and the first connectionless parts are formed to be alternately arranged. In the surface shape of the first connectionless part, the tip thereof on the first connection part side has an arcuate shape.
