<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous freezing device capable of continuously processing a large amount of objects while conveying them by a conveyor, and freezing them in a state of free from drip in defrosting. <P>SOLUTION: This continuous freezing device has a supercooling portion 2a for cooling the object X from a normal temperature to a temperature of a range of 0 to -5°C in reference to its freezing point without freezing them, a freezing portion 2b for quickly freezing the objects X cooled without frozen, to the freezing temperature to -40°C, a first conveyor net 31 hung between a pair of insulating rollers 30a, 30b formed by insulating bodies, conveying the loaded objects X in the supercooling portion 2a, and formed by a conductor, a high voltage supply roller 34 to which high voltage is applied and which is kept into contact with the first conveyor net 31 to be rotated therewith, and a second conveyor net 31 continuously conveying the objects X conveyed by the first conveyor net 31 in the freezing portion 2b, and insulated from the first conveyor net 31. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
