PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the moldability and productivity of an aseptic filling package by restraining draw-down caused by the weight of unnecessary resin during the manufacture of the aseptic filling package. SOLUTION: A parison is disposed in a mold extruded from an extruder. Sterile air is blown from a nozzle inserted in the parison, thereby blow-molding a container. Thereafter, contents are filled in the container from the nozzle, and the nozzle is retracted. Subsequently, the upper and lower ends of the prison located between the upper part of the mold and the extruder are cut closed and unnecessary resin is discharged. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
