PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output drive circuit which sufficiently suppresses a delay in an output signal and also considerably suppresses noises such as spurious radiation by decreasing dependence of a load connected to an output terminal on a capacity level. SOLUTION: The output drive circuit using a low output buffer 100 and a high output buffer 200 to amplify an input signal IN, and outputting the amplified signal includes: a speed control circuit 400 for driving the low output buffer 100 so that the changing speed of the output signal output from the low output buffer 100 is constant for a prescribed period from the change start time of the input signal IN at both rising and falling of the input signal IN; and a period control circuit 500A for not driving the high output buffer 200 for a prescribed period from the change start time of the input signal IN at both the rising and the falling of the input signal IN, and for driving the high output buffer 200 after the prescribed period.
