PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that an operating rate is largely degraded in removing clogging of piping caused by a gas including tar particles in drying or burning a base without demounting piping of a drying furnace and a baking furnace continuously operated, in drying or baking the base. SOLUTION: The tar particles floating in the piping 2 are attached to a probe 4 disposed in the piping, a gas burner 6 is operated on the basis of a result of detection of weight variation to burn and remove the tar particles floating in the pipe and the tar particles attached to the probe 4 to prevent clogging of the piping 2.
